Who we are
postcache.dev is operated by EndorphinIT a.s., Švábova 772/18, 152 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, company ID 21906998 (see the imprint). These terms cover this website and the early-access programme. Separate terms of service will apply to the paid postcache service when it launches, and you will be asked to accept them before you use it.
Early access
Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. We choose who gets early access and when. Early-access versions may change, have errors or be unavailable, and are provided without any guarantee of availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Acceptable use
postcache hosts files at public URLs. You may not use it, now or after launch, to host or distribute:
- child sexual abuse material or any other illegal content;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
- malware, phishing pages or content meant to deceive;
- spam, or media for platforms or accounts used in breach of those platforms' rules.
We may remove files and suspend access without notice when we have reason to believe these rules are broken, and we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it.
Reporting content
To report a file hosted on postcache, write to abuse@postcache.dev with the URL, why you believe the content is illegal or breaks these terms, and your contact details. We review every report and tell you what we did.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EndorphinIT a.s. is not liable for indirect damage or lost profit arising from the use of this website or the early-access programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts in Prague, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
